【Abstract】In order to improve theuser satisfactionof intelligentvehiclesand exploreintelligentvehicleusers’ needsonintelligentrelatedsystems,configurationsandotherlevelsofuse,users’descriptionof theintellgentvehiclevoice assistantisobtainedthroughuserinterviews.Then,thehierarchyofuserneedsisclasifiedandamodelisbuiltbycard clasificationmethodofqualitativeanalysis.Subsequently,thepriorityofdemanditemsisobtainedthroughKanoariute rankingstatistics.Thisavoidsthemismatchbetween thefunctionaldesignof intellgentvehiclesandtheneedsofusers,and provides a reference for improving the driving experience of intelligent vehicles.
