【Abstract】Against the backdropofaccelerated global low-carbon transition,HydrogenFuel Cell Vehicles (HFCVs) haveatracted increasing atention asakey pathway for gren transportation.Existing studies mainly focus on development trendsandtechnologicalimprovements,whilelackingsystematicanalysisofthepaternsandevolutionarypathsof global cross-bordertechnologyflows.BasedonglobalHFCVpatentdatafrom2OoO to2O23,thisstudyconstructsaninternational technology flow network using social network analysis,andidentifies keytechnology exporters,importers,and fusion paternsthrough textvectorizationandclustering.Theresultsrevealamulti-centered,multi-tierednetworkstructureof global technologyflows.Corecountriessuchasthe United States,Japan,andGermanyplaydominantrolesintechnology difusionandas intermediary hubs,whileemerging players likeChinaand South Koreaare steadilyadvancing technological catch-upand independent innovation.Theanalysis further identifies1 major technology fusion themes,suchascore materialsandpower conversionsystems,highlighting thediversityandphasedevolutionofcross-border technological exchanges.
