Abstract:To elucidate the mechanism by which flexible walls influence the heat transferand pressure characteristics of lithium battery floatation nozzles,a computational fluid dynamics simulation was conducted.A fluid-structure interaction model foranalyzing the interaction betweenthe floatation nozle and the flexible wall was established by combining the SST k-ω turbulence model and Fluent‘s UDF(user-defined function)capability.The flow field structure,heat transfercharacteristics,and pressure distribution with theflexible wall were systematically analyzed using post-processing software.The results indicate that:1)As the Reynolds number ( Re )increases,wall deformation intensifies,and the merging of circulating flows leads to a more uniform temperature distribution on the wallin the stagnation zone;2) The maximum Nusselt number ( Nu )on the flexible wall is 10.59%-19.77% lower than that on the rigid wall,while its average Nusselt number ( Nu )is approximately 5% higher.
