【Abstract】Background Coronary heart disease，a common cardiovascular disease，severely impacts patients' qualityoflifeandsurvivalrateglobalyCardiacrehabilitation，crucialforpost-coronaryheartdiseaserecovery，significantly improvespatientprognosisandqualityoflife.Inrecentyears，withthedevelopmentofinformationtechnology，telemedicine hasemergedincardiacrehabilitationforcoronary heartdiseasepatients，showing god prospectsandproviding moreconvenient rehabilitationsupport.However，diferences inrehabilitationqualityamongcentersafectthestabilityandaccessibilityof rehabilitation outcomes.ObjectiveThis scoping reviewaims to summarize existing research ontelemedicineapplication in cardiacrehabilitationforcoronaryheartdiseasepatients，providingareferenceforhealthcareprofessionalsconductingremote cardiacrehabilitation.MethodsBasedonArkseyandO'Maley'sscoping reviewframework，wesearched multipledatabases including Cochrane Library，PubMed，Webof Science，Embase，EBSCO，China Biology Medicine disc，China National Knowledge Infrastructure，Wanfang Data，and VIP Network from their inception to August 2O，2024.We screened， summarized，andanalyzedtheincludedliterature.ResultsWeincluded23articlesfrom1Ocountries：21randomized controlled trials，1quasi-experimental study，and1qualitativestudy.Telemedicinecariers mainly includedapps andremote monitoring systems.Telemedicinecould guiderehabilitation exercise frequencyand intensity，monitorarhythmias，provide health educationand socialsupport.Most studies focusedoncoronary heartdisease-related indicators，symptomassessment， qualityof life，self-management，rehospitalizationand mortalityrates，resourcecosts，user experience（satisfactionand safety），anxiety，depression，and physical activity levels.ConclusionTelemedicine enhances cardiac rehabilitation participation，exercise motivation，and medicationadherenceincoronary heartdisease patients，improves sedentarybehavior， andincreasessurvivalrateandqualityoflife.AlhoughCina's telemedicineisrapidlydeveloping，itstillfaceschallnges.Future improvementsshould involveoptimizingremotecardiacrehabilitationplatformswithAItechnology，refining evaluationsystems， and strengthening community service integration to enhance application effectiveness.
