The value of CUBE sequencecombined with Refomat technique in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury in knee magnetic resonance imaging

【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the value of CUBE sequence combined with Refomat technique in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury in knee Magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）.MethodsIn this study， a total of 1OO patients who underwent knee MRI scans were included in a prospective study，allfrom Puyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital，and the selection time was from October 2O23 to October 2024.Al patients underwent conventional FSE sequential scanning and CUBE sequential scanning，and the images obtained from CUBE sequential scanning were transferred to the workstation for Refomat.The signal-to-noise ratio （SNR）of thetwo serial scans were calculatedand compared，and the image quality score andthe display integrity of the anteriorcruciate ligament of the knee were statisticallycompared.ResultsThere was no diffrence in SNRof subchondral bone， muscle， meniscus and joint fluid between the two serial scans（ P >0.05）.Compared with conventional FSE serial scanning，CUBE serial scaning showed a lower edge sharpness score of ACL （t=-3.709， P<0.05 ），and there were no significant diferences in motion pseudo-film rating and image comprehensive quality score between the two serial scanning （ ι= -0.519，0.291，both P>0.05 ）. The proportion of patients with the display integrityof theanterior cruciate ligamentof the knee was higher than thatof theconventionalFSE sequence scan （ χ2 =76.250， P<0.05 ）.Conclusion Compared with conventional FSE sequence，CUBE sequence combined with refomat technique has greater advantagesin the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament of knee.
