【Abstract】This study systematically examines the emerging applications and persistent challnges of artificial inteligence-generated content（AIGC）inmedical diagnosticsand biomedical research．Through a comprehensive analysis of current implementation bariers，we proposeand evaluate a novel Physician-Human Collborative Paradigm（PHCP）as a potential framework for optimized AIGC integration.Our find-ings aim to establish evidence-based guidelines for clinical and research professionals seeking to leverag-e AIGC technologies while maintaining scientific rigor and patient safety standards.
