AbstractObjective：ToexplorethemechanismofactionofYixinKangtaiCapsuleinthetreatmentofcoronaryheartdiseaseangina pectorisbasedonnetworkpharmacologyandmoleculardocking.Methods：TheactiveingredientsandcorespondingtargetsofYixin KangtaiCapsuleereobtainedfromCNKlWanFang，CMSPndHERBplatforms，ndthetargetsrelatedtocoronaryeartdisease anginapectoriswereobtainedfromGeneCards，DisGeNET，andOMMdatabases.ThepotentialmechanismofYixin KangtaiCapsulefor thetreatmentfginapctorsasiestigaedbyetorkparacologytodsargetpitiooteinproteinintecti（l） datacolectiontwokostructioetwokalsisdctasisoleclardckingiulatiospefodtal theinteractionbetweenYixinKangtaicapsuleandthecoretargetResults：OnehundredandthreeactiveingredientsofYiinKangtai capsulewerespttsddisti capsule.Teresultsofgeneontology（GO）analysisshowedthatthepotentialbiologicalprocessesof YixinKangtaiCapsuleinthe treatmentofanginapectorisincdedliopolysaccarideresponseposiveregulationofgneexpresionndnegativglatiof apoptosis.KyotoEncyclopediaof GenesandGenomes（KEGG）pathwayenrichmentanalysisidentiedadvancedglycationendproducts （AGE）-receptorforGE（RAGE）signalingpathwaynterleukin（L）17sinalingpathwaytumorncrosisfactor）signalinpathay andotherrelatedtolelainsutsodateetislolyldit mainactiveingredientsofYixinKangtai Capsulefortetreatmentofanginapectoris，dockedwellwihthecoreproteins，HP90AA1， tumorsuppresorfactor5353）delgowthactrceptorGF）ialrasucedctiatroftastio）， andJUN.Conclusion：Yixin Kangtai Capsule mayplaysomerolein the treatmentofcoronary heart diseaseangina pectoris through anti-inflammation，attenuatingmyocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury，and inhibiting neovascularisation.
