摘要  急性心肌梗死较少发生在年轻病人中，报道1例患有系统性红斑狼疮继发抗磷脂综合征的年轻病人，因急性胸痛就诊于我院，心电图提示急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死，冠状动脉造影提示右冠状动脉急性闭塞，给予行血栓抽吸术、冠状动脉血管成形术，术后给予强化抗栓、免疫调节治疗，联合桂枝加芍药汤加减方调和营卫，养阴通痹，病人病情改善，2年后通过经胸冠状动脉超声评估冠状动脉，病情稳定。（剩余8721字）
