【摘  要】随着社会生产需求的发展，制造业逐步向数字化、智能化方向发展。制造业转型的第一步便是对各类数据进行及时采集。论文分析了数据采集系统的组成，对各个组成部分进行了简要介绍，分析了数据采集系统的优势。因此，使用数据采集系统可以帮助企业做好数据采集工作，有效提高综合管理效率。

【Abstract】With the development of social production demand， the manufacturing industry is gradually developing in the directions of digitization and intelligence. The first step in the transformation of manufacturing industry is to collect all kinds of data in time. This paper analyzes the composition of the data acquisition system， briefly introduces each component， and analyzes the advantages of the data acquisition system. Therefore， the use of data acquisition system can help enterprises do a good job in data acquisition work and effectively improve the efficiency of comprehensive management.
