基于微生物学的速食食品致病菌检验研究

摘 要:分析基于微生物学的速食食品致病菌检验检测结果,总结相应的检验方法。采用传统细菌分离培养法和实时荧光定量PCR 法进行检验。对两种检验方法下的致病菌阳性检出情况进行统计,计算出总阳性率。并对两组检验所耗费的时间进行记录,计算出平均用时结果。经统计与组间比较,实时荧光定量PCR 法的样本阳性检出率为11.00%,较传统细菌分离培养法的8.00%明显较高,P

Abstract: To analyze the test results of pathogenic bacteria in fast-food food based on microbiology and summarize the corresponding test methods. Traditional bacterial isolation and culture method and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR method were used for detection. Count the positive detection of pathogenic bacteria under the two test methods, and calculate the total positive rate.
