Abstract：Thisstudycaractedtemoisureabsorptioofsurr-tyerecostitutedtobaccoshetsusigtequlibmosurecon tent，andexlodtsddtigdgees，acooepartedals tureabsorptiooftcositutedtbaostsusing themethdofotrolledaablesTestudyasoodtepreparatipro ofslury-typerecostitutedtobaccshets.Teresultsowedthatthfectsofaddedfiberbeatingdegree，fibertysndtobaopowderparticlesizeoteosturebsorptiofrecosiutedtbacoshtsweresall.Amongteioranicfllersddingentoiteas foundtobeefieinducingtelmmosturecotetofrcosiutedbacosetsandimprovigisosreabsotionAs theconcentrationofbentonite inthethick pasteincreased fromOto 2 . 0 % ，theequilibriummoisture content of thereconstituted tobacco sheets decreased.When the dosage of bentonite in the thick paste was 1. 5 % ，the equilibrium moisture content of the reconstituted tobacco sheets were 16. 7 % ，15. 5 % ，and 1 3 . 5 % ，respectively lower than that of the original sheet（without bentonite）at the relative humidity of （204 50 % ， 60 % ，and 7 0 % .Thecigarete made bythereconstituted tobacco sheethadsimilarburningrateandfragrance totheoriginalcigarete.
