纤维素及其衍生物在熔融沉积和墨水直写成型3D打印中的研究进展

摘要:3D打印是一种全新的制造方式,具有快速成型和定制的独特优势。纤维素作为世界上最丰富的天然聚合物,与3D打印技术相结合已成为国际研究的热点。本文介绍了纤维素和常见纤维素衍生物的特点与应用领域,根据3D打印方法,分别综述了近年来二者在熔融沉积成型(FDM)和墨水直写成型(DIW)中的研究进展。

FDM and DIW in 3D Printing with Cellulose and Its Derivatives: A Review

Abstract:3D printing is a new manufacturing method with unique advantages of rapid prototyping and customization. Cellulose is the most abundant natural polymer in the world,and the combination of 3D printing technology has become a hot topic of international research. This paper introduces the characteristics and application fields of cellulose and common cellulose derivatives,and reviews the research progress of both in fused deposition molding(FDM) and direct ink writing(DIW) in 3D printing methods in recent years,respectively.

3D 打印技术又称增材制造技术,与传统的制造业不同,整个制造过程不需要模具、压模,实现了数字化设计和逐层精确制造,在精密制造、生物技术及医疗等诸多领域有巨大意义,研究成果层出不穷[1-3]。(剩余21259字)
