平滑度仪容积检验方法研讨

摘要:本研究通过对平滑度仪相关标准中真空容器系统容积及其允许误差、检验方法、检验条件的分析,利用测量不确定度评定方法,证实现有标准规定的检验方法和条件不满足容积允许误差要求,并对标准修订提出了改进建议。

Discussion on the Volume Calibration Method of Smoothness Tester

Abstract:In this study,the volume and its permissible deviation,calibration method,and calibration conditions of the vacuum vessel sys?tem in the relevant standards of smoothness tester were analyzed and the method of measurement uncertainty evaluation was used to verify  that the calibration methods and conditions in the current standards were not compatible with the maximum permissible deviation of volume, and suggestions for revising the current standards were put forward as well.

1 相关标准对平滑度仪真空容器容积及检验方法的规定

1.1 真空容器容积要求

GB/T 456—2002《纸和纸板平滑度的测定(别克法)》中 5.5.1规定:“大真空容器,包括到玻璃板表面的连接管,体积为(380±1)mL”;5.5.2规定:“小真空容器,包括到玻璃板表面的连接管,体积为(38±1)mL”。(剩余3632字)
