运用智慧门诊质控系统优化老年慢病患者就诊流程的实践

【摘 要】 优化老年慢病患者门诊就诊流程对提高门诊诊疗效率具有重要作用。本研究以老年高血压患者为研究对象，借助医院互联网信息平台，构建了智慧门诊质控系统。研究结果显示，智慧门诊质控系统能够满足老年慢病患者诊疗服务需求，促进门诊医疗资源有效利用，助力门诊就诊流程优化。

Abstract Optimizing the outpatient visit process of elderly patients with chronic diseases plays an important role in improving the efficiency of outpatient treatment. This study took elderly patients with hypertension as the research object， and built a smart outpatient quality control system with the help of hospital Internet information platform. It showed that the intelligent outpatient quality control system can meet the needs of elderly patients with chronic diseases， promote the effective use of outpatient medical resources， and help optimize the outpatient visit process.
