【摘 要】  通过分析公立医院科普工作中存在的问题，从强化科普管理体系、人才培养体系、科普传播体系、内容创作体系等方面提出公立医院提高健康科普工作质量的建议，为医院建立完善的科普工作机制，发挥公立医院在健康管理中的引领示范作用提供参考。

Abstract By analyzing the problems existing in public hospitals' science popularization， this study puts forward suggestions for public hospitals to improve their health popularization work from the aspects of strengthening the science popularization management system， talent training system， science popularization communication system and content creation system. It provides references for public hospitals to establish a sound science popularization work mechanism and play a leading and exemplary role in health management.
