从风论治功能性胃肠病的研究

【摘 要】 功能性胃肠病是临床上常见的由生理、精神、社会因素共同作用下的一种胃肠道疾病，此病发病率高，且症状迁延难愈，反复发作，严重影响患者的生活质量。目前西医治疗作用单一，以缓解症状为主，而中医药自古就有从“风”论治功能性胃肠病的相关理论，可为中医临床治疗功能性胃肠病提供参考。

Research Progress in the Treatment of Functional Gastrointestinal Disorder Based on Wind Theory

Abstract：Functional gastrointestinal disorders is a common gastrointestinal disease in clinic， which is affected by physiological， mental and social factors. The incidence rate of this disease is high， and the symptoms are difficult to recover， which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. At present， Western medicine has a single therapeutic effect， mainly on alleviating symptoms. Since ancient times， traditional Chinese medicine has had theories on the etiology and pathogenesis of functional gastrointestinal disorders based on the “wind” theory， which can provide reference for the clinical treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.

功能性胃肠病（functional gastrointestinal disorders，FGIDs）是一种脑－肠互动障碍性疾病，发病主要与运动障碍、内脏高敏感性、黏膜和免疫功能改变、肠道微生物种群改变以及中枢神经系统功能改变相关［1］，以早饱、嗳气、腹痛、腹泻、便秘等胃肠道一系列症状为主要表现。（剩余7000字）
