通络煎治疗眩晕经验举隅

【摘要】通络煎为云南省名老中医陆家龙教授的经验方，在长期临床实践中陆家龙教授紧扣眩晕的病机特点“气虚血瘀”，治以益气复脉，活血通络，常用自拟方通络煎加减进行治疗，用药精干，疗效显著，值得临床充分探讨运用。

Experience of Tongluo Decoction in Treating VertigoHUANG DaicongYANG Hailing LU Jialong ZHOU Fujie

The Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Kunming 650500，ChinaAbstract：Tongluo decoction is an experienced prescription of Professor Lu Jialong， a famous old Chinese medicine in Yunnan Province. In long-term clinical practice， Lu Lao closely followed the pathogenesis of vertigo， which is characterized by “qi deficiency and blood stasis”. It is used to replenish qi and restore pulse， activate blood circulation and dredge collaterals. The self-made Tongluo decoction is commonly used for treatment. The medicine is refined， and the effect is obvious. It is worthy of full clinical discussion and application.
