壮医药线点灸治疗鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔粘膜炎临证经验

【摘要】放射性口腔黏膜炎是鼻咽癌患者放射治疗最常见的并发症，其主要表现为疼痛、进食困难，严重的影响患者的生活质量。壮医药线点灸疗法是广西民间传统特色疗法之一，在它的“三道两路”“三气同步”理论指导下，应用壮医药线点灸治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎，能快速有效地修复黏膜，缓解疼痛，取得良好的临床疗效。

Summary of Experience of Zhuang Medicine Line Point-cauterizing in Treatment of Radiation

The 1st Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine，Nanning 530003，ChinaAbstract：Radiation oral mucositis is the most common complication of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma， mainly manifested as pain and difficulty in eating， which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Zhuang medicine line point-cauterizing therapy is one of the traditional folk characteristic therapies in Guangxi. Based on the theory of Zhuang medicine “three channels and two roads” and “three Qi synchronization”， Zhuang medicine line point-cauterizing therapy for radiation oral mucositis can quickly and effectively repair the mucosa and relieve pain， with good clinical effect.
