从“虚与瘀”论治产后缺乳

【摘要】目前西医治疗产后缺乳缺乏疗效满意的治疗方法，且运用西药治疗存在副作用及致畸风险，中医治疗产后缺乳历史悠久，病机明确，易于接受，文章基于产后病“多虚多瘀”的病机特点，从“虚与瘀”论治产后缺乳，疗效可观，并附验案1则。

Treating Postpartum Lactation Deficiency from Deficiency and Static BloodWANG YanZHONG Shengbing

Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital，Guiyang 550001，ChinaAbstract：The Western medicine is short of satisfactory therapeutic methods for the treatment of postpartum lactation deficiency at present and there are side effects and teratological risks. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of postpartum lactation deficiency，which is easy to be accepted，and its pathogenesis is clear. This paper discusses the treatment of postpartum lactation on account of the Traditional Chinese Medicines theory which is “more deficiency and more blood stasis” after postpartum.The prescription of traditional Chinese medicine has a definite therapeutic effect，one medical report is attached.
