茉莉花茶基底茶产品现状及发展对策

摘要:通过调研全国最大的茉莉花茶加工基地——横州市的茉莉花茶基底茶产品的茶坯产地、香气、外形、质量等级等现状,分析了当前茉莉花茶基底茶产业中存在的专门加工工艺缺乏、标准体系缺失、加工粗放、产品质量参差不齐等问题,提出针对性的发展对策,为茉莉花茶基底茶及新式茶饮产业的健康发展提供思路。

Current Situation and Developing Countermeasures of Jasmine Tea Base Tea Products

Abstract: Based on the current situation investigation of tea producer, aroma, appearance, quality grade of jasmine Tea base tea products in Hengzhou——the largest jasmine tea processing base, the main problems in jasmine Tea base tea industry were analyzed such as lack of specialized processing technology and standard system, rough processing, varying quality and so on. It pointed out the developing countermeasures of jasmine Tea base tea for novel-tea beverage industry, in order to provide thoughts for healthy development of jasmine Tea base tea and novel-tea beverage industry.
