构建新时代医学院校大宣传工作格局的现实意义与实践路径

[摘要]构建新时代医学院校大宣传工作格局是全面加强高校党的建设、深化“三全育人”改革、面向人民生命健康以及加强思想文化建设等的迫切需要。医学院校应从凝聚共识、建章立制、提质增量等三方面入手，不断增强政治三力，提升宣传思想工作科学化规范化制度化水平，着力加强宣传干部队伍能力建设。

The practical significance and approaches of constructing the general pattern of large-scale publicity in medical colleges and universities in the New Era

[Abstract] Constructing the general pattern of large-scale publicity in medical colleges and universities in the New Era is an urgent demand to comprehensively strengthen Party building in colleges and universities， deepen the reform of "three all-round education"， face people's life and health， and strengthen ideological and cultural construction， etc. Medical colleges and universities should start from three aspects， including building consensus， establishing rules and regulations， and improving quality and increasing quantity， to continuously strengthen political ability of judgment， understanding and execution， improve the scientific， standardized and institutionalized levels of publicity and ideological work， and strengthen the capacity of team.
