巴中市“百千万引才工程-巴中市医疗卫生引进人才”调查研究

摘要：回顾梳理巴中市近年来在“百千万引才工程”中巴中市医疗卫生引进人才工作情况，分析巴中市医疗卫生人才引进的现状及人才引进对巴中市医疗行业的促进情况。同时分析了目前人才引进中存在的问题和不足，并提出了通过创新举措推动医疗卫生引进人才队伍建设再上新台阶的措施。

Abstract：This paper reviews the talent introduction of medical and medical community of "Hundreds and Tens of Thousands of Talents Project" in Bazhong City in recent years， and analyzes the current situation of the talent introduction of medical and medical community in Bazhong City and the promotion of talent introduction to the medical industry in Bazhong City. At the same time， it analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the current talent introduction， and puts forward measures to promote the construction of talent introduction of medical and medical community to a new level through innovative measures.
