妊娠期糖尿病发病因素及其产科并发症研究

摘要：妊娠期糖尿病为孕期常见并发症之一，以血糖代谢异常为主要表现，其病因复杂，涉及因素较多，且危害性大，对产妇及胎儿安全均具有较大影响。鉴于该病对母婴安全的危害，其筛查、预防、诊断及治疗均已成为产科的重点工作内容之一。本文现对妊娠期糖尿病的发病因素及其与产科并发症作一综述。

Study on the Pathogenic Factors of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and its Obstetric Complicationss

Abstract：Gestational diabetes mellitus is one of the common complications during pregnancy， with abnormal blood glucose metabolism as the main manifestation. Its etiology is complex， involving many factors， and it is harmful， which has a great impact on maternal and fetal safety. In view of the harm of the disease to maternal and child safety， its screening， prevention， diagnosis and treatment have become one of the key tasks of obstetrics. This article reviews the pathogenic factors of gestational diabetes mellitus and its obstetric complications.
