儿童龋齿病因综合分析与防治

摘要：近年来，我国儿童龋齿发病率不断升高。大量研究表明，根尖炎龋齿的发生是由多方面因素共同作用所致，包括致病菌、宿主、饮食及时间等，且涉及面广，可体现在儿童发育、饮食习惯、卫生习惯及家长教育等方面。对此，临床针对该病的防治措施也逐渐多元化，现本文对儿童龋齿的病因及防治进展做一综述，以供临床参考。

Comprehensive Analysis and Prevention of Dental Caries in Children

Abstract：In recent years， the incidence of dental caries in children in our country has been increasing. A large number of studies have shown that the occurrence of dental caries is caused by a combination of many factors， including pathogens， host， diet and time， etc.， and it involves a wide range of aspects， which can be reflected in children's development， eating habits， hygiene habits and parent education. In this regard， the clinical prevention and treatment measures for the disease are gradually diversified. This article reviews the etiology and prevention of dental caries in children for clinical reference.
