[Abstract]Objective To analyze the aesthetic effect of combined orthodontic and restorative treatment for patients with dentition defect with dental deformity. Methods From January 2022 to January 2024， 60 patients with dentition defect and dentofacial deformity were randomly divided into experimental group （n=30） and reference group （n=30）. The reference group was treated with restorative treatment， and the experimental group was treated with combined orthodontic and restorative treatment.
