[摘 要]目的 探究无托槽隐形矫治器在口腔正畸中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2021年12月于我院治疗的72例牙齿畸形患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分成对照组与观察组，每组36例。对照组应用传统金属托槽矫治器，观察组应用无托槽隐形矫治器，比较两组牙周指标、PRA评分以及疗效满意度。结果 观察组菌斑指数、牙龈指数、牙龈出血指数及探诊深度低于对照组（P0.05）；观察组美观舒适度、咀嚼功能、便捷程度、语言功能、固定功能评分高于对照组（P

Application Effect of Bracketless Invisible Appliance in Orthodontics

[Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect of bracketless invisible appliance in orthodontics. Methods A total of 72 patients with tooth deformity treated in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 36 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional metal bracket appliance， and the observation group was treated with bracketless invisible appliance. The periodontal index， PRA score and efficacy satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The plaque index， gingival index， gingival bleeding index and probing depth of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P0.05）.
