[摘 要]目的 比较在口腔修复中应用固定义齿与活动义齿治疗的效果。方法 选取我院2022年1月-6月收治的100例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组，每组50例。常规组实施活动义齿治疗，观察组实施固定义齿治疗，比较两组口腔修复效果、牙周健康状况及口腔问题发生情况。结果 观察组治疗后咀嚼功能、固定功能、语言功能、美观程度、舒适度评分均高于常规组（P

Comparison of Application Effect of Fixed Denture and Removable Denture in Oral Restoration Treatment

[Abstract]Objective To compare the effect of fixed denture and removable denture in oral restoration. Methods A total of 100 patients with dentition defect admitted to our hospital from January to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group and observation group by random number table method， with 50 patients in each group. The routine group was treated with removable denture， and the observation group was treated with fixed denture. The oral repair effect， periodontal health status and oral problems were compared between the two groups.
