[摘 要]目的 分析优质护理对妊娠糖尿病手术患者切口愈合及美观性的影响。方法 选择2022年7月-2023年7月于我院实施剖宫产的妊娠期糖尿病患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组实施围术期护理，观察组实施优质护理，比较两组切口愈合情况及切口美观性满意率。结果 观察组甲级愈合占比高于对照组，乙级、丙级愈合占比低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Wound Healing and Aesthetics in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on wound healing and aesthetics in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given perioperative nursing， and the observation group was given high quality nursing.
