[摘 要]目的 探究点阵激光联合外用曲安奈德治疗神经性皮炎的临床效果。方法 选择我院2022年2月-10月收治的50例神经性皮炎患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组25例。对照组给予曲安奈德注射治疗，治疗组给予点阵激光照射后联合曲安奈德涂抹治疗，比较两组症状评分和临床疗效。结果 治疗组皮损红斑、水肿/浸润/丘疹、鳞屑、苔藓样变、瘙痒程度评分低于对照组（P

Clinical Effect of Fractional Laser Combined with Topical Triamcinolone Acetonide in the Treatment of Neurodermatitis

[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of fractional laser combined with topical triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of neurodermatitis. Methods Fifty patients with neurodermatitis admitted to our hospital from February to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method， with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide injection， and the treatment group was treated with fractional laser irradiation combined with topical triamcinolone acetonide.
