无托槽隐形矫治与固定矫治技术在口腔正畸中应用效果比较

[摘 要]目的 比较采用无托槽隐形矫治与固定矫治技术进行口腔正畸的效果。方法 选择2020年4月-2021年9月于我院口腔科行口腔正畸治疗的60例患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各30例。对照组开展固定矫治技术，研究组开展无托槽隐形矫治，比较两组临床疗效、美观度及口腔功能。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%，高于对照组的86.67%，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；研究组美观优良率为96.67%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P

Comparison of the Application Effects of Bracketless Invisible Orthodontics and Fixed Orthodontics Technique in Orthodontics

[Abstract]Objective To compare the effect of orthodontic treatment with bracketless invisible orthodontic treatment and fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods Sixty patients who underwent orthodontic treatment in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from April 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method， with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with fixed orthodontic technique， and the study group was treated with bracketless invisible orthodontic technique. The clinical efficacy， aesthetics and oral function of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.00%， which was higher than 86.67% in the control group， but the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）.
