[摘 要]目的 分析氯雷他定片联合甘草锌颗粒对慢性荨麻疹患者的影响。方法 选取我院2020年1月-2022年12月收治的82例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组41例。对照组给予氯雷他定片，观察组给予氯雷他定片联合甘草锌颗粒，比较两组血清炎症指标及症状评分。结果 两组治疗后血清TNF-α、IgE、IL-4、IL-10和hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组（P

Effect of Loratadine Tablets Combined with Licorzinc Granules in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the effects of loratadine tablets combined with licorzinc granules on patients with chronic urticaria. Methods A total of 82 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 41 patients in each group. The control group was given loratadine tablets， and the observation group was given loratadine tablets combined with licorzinc granules. The serum inflammatory indexes and symptom scores of the two groups were compared.
