[摘 要]目的 分析对牙列缺损患者采用正畸联合口腔种植治疗的效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年8月我院收治的80例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，按入院先后顺序分为对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照组采用口腔种植治疗，研究组采用正畸联合口腔种植治疗，比较两组口腔功能、美容效果及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组发音功能、咀嚼功能、吞咽功能及固定功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

Effect of Orthodontics Combined with Oral Implantation in the Treatment of Dentition Defect

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the cosmetic effects of orthodontic treatment combined with oral implantation in the treatment of dentition defects. Methods A total of 80 patients with dentition defect admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the order of admission， they were divided into control group and study group， with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with oral implantation， and the study group was treated with orthodontics combined with oral implantation.
