【摘 要】目的 分析米诺环素联合强脉冲光用于治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果。方法 选取洋县中医医院2019年7月-2022年7月收治的80例玫瑰痤疮患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组单用米诺环素，观察组联合强脉冲光，比较两组皮损情况和生活质量。结果 两组治疗后毛细血管扩张、红斑、瘙痒和丘疹评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

Effect of Minocycline Combined with Intensive Pulsed Light in the Treatment of Rosacea

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the efficacy of minocycline combined with intensive pulsed light in the treatment of rosacea. Methods A total of 80 patients with rosacea admitted to Yang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with minocycline alone， and the observation group was combined with intensive pulsed light. The skin lesions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.
