Analysis of the Role of PDCA Model in Nursing Quality Management in Burn and Plastic Surgery Department

【Abstract】Objective To explore the effect of PDCA model in nursing quality management of burn and plastic surgery department. Methods Thirty-two patients in burn and plastic surgery department admitted to our hospital from November 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 16 patients in each group. 随着整形技术发展，整形科收治的烧伤患者不断增多，每年国内发生的烧伤患者近500万，而烧伤后不仅给患者带来身心痛苦，而且还会导致患者的外观美观度下降，增加患者的心理负担，不利于其治疗与护理[1]。（剩余5165字）
