【摘 要】目的 探究对上睑凹陷患者应用颗粒脂肪移植治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2021年7月-2022年7月我院收治的82例上睑凹陷患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为参照组和探究组，每组41例。参照组实施重睑切开联合块状脂肪移植治疗，探究组实施颗粒脂肪移植治疗，比较两组临床疗效及治疗满意度。结果 探究组治疗总有效率为100.00%，高于参照组的90.24%（P

Clinical effect of Fat Granule Transplantation in the Treatment of Upper Eyelid Depression

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of fat granular transplantation in patients with upper eyelid depression. Methods A total of 82 patients with upper eyelid depression admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and study group by random number table method， with 41 patients in each group. The reference group was treated with double eyelid incision combined with massive fat transplantation， and the exploration group was treated with fat granular transplantation.
