【摘 要】目的 探究光动力联合手术治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床效果。方法 选取我院2019年11月-2021年9月收治的60例瘢痕疙瘩患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组，各30例。对照组予以得宝松局部封闭瘢痕组织治疗；试验组予以手术切除瘢痕组织联合光动力治疗。比较两组临床疗效以及复发情况。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于对照组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P

Effect of Photodynamic Combined with Surgery in the Treatment of Keloid

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of photodynamic combined with surgery in the treatment of keloid. Methods A total of 60 patients with keloid admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method， with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Diprospan local closed scar tissue； the experimental group was treated with surgical resection of scar tissue combined with photodynamic therapy.
