全身麻醉术后恶心呕吐防治的研究进展

【摘要】 术后恶心呕吐（PONV）是术后很常见的并发症，严重影响患者术后的感受和术后康复。了解术后恶心呕吐的相关高危因素和防治方法，有利于提高患者术后满意度，有利于患者术后康复。本文就术后恶心呕吐的概述、发生机制、相关因素、评分等逐一进行阐述，着重对PONV的防治研究进展进行综述。

[Abstract] Postoperative nausea and vomiting （PONV） are common complications that seriously affect patients' postoperative feelings and recovery. Understanding the high-risk factors and prevention and treatment methods related to postoperative nausea and vomiting is beneficial for improving patients' satisfaction and postoperative rehabilitation. This article provides an overview， pathogenesis， related factors， and scores of postoperative nausea and vomiting， with a focus on the research progress in the prevention and treatment of PONV.
