首次火星探测任务的科技与管理创新

摘 要:我国首次火星探测任务,是迄今为止我国在深空探测领域技术跨度最大、创新性最强的一项航天系统工程。本文概要介绍了该任务工程目标和飞行过程,凝练了工程的特点、难点以及取得的创新成就,总结了工程组织实施和项目管理的一些创新做法和经验,对工程实施整体情况进行全景式描述。

Abstract:China’s first Mars exploration mission is the most innovative aerospace system engineering program up to now with the largest technological spanning in the field of deep space exploration. The mission objectives and flight process are briefly introduced in this paper, where the characteristics, difficulties and innovation achievements of the program are summarized. Meanwhile, some innovative practices and experiences of engineering organization and project management are given and the overall process of mission is described from a comprehensive perspective.
