AbstractObjective：Toconstructanevidence-based practice planforperioperative nursingof patientswith mental disorders undergoing modified electroconvulsive therapy.Methods：The PIPOST model wasadopted to establish evidence-based problems. Systematicsearcheswereconductedindomesticandforeigndatabases，guidelinewebsites，andasociationwebsitesforliteratureon MECT perioperativecare，folowing the"6S"evidencepyramidmodel.Articlethatmettheinclusionandexclusioncriteriawas independentlyscreened，evaluatedand integrated withrelevant evidencebytwonursing master'sstudentswhohadcompletedthe trainingofevidence-basednursing.Holdamtingoftheexpertgroup.Reviewtheclinicalaplicabilityoftheagregatedevidence. Afterrevision，thefialversionofteevidencebasedpracticeplanforperioperativenursingofMECTpatientswithmentaldisorders wasformedResults：Atotalof7articlesereicded，icluding2clinicaldecisions，2idelinsand3expertonsesses.e constructedevidence-basedpracticeplanofMECTperioperativenursingforpatientswithmentaldisordersincludesatotalof5piecesof evidencein5aspects：anoverviewofMECTnursing，preoperativenursing，intraoperativenursing，postoperativenursingand health education. The enthusiasm of the experts is 100% ，and the authority coeficient is O.871.Conclusion：This study constructs an evidencebased practice planof MECT perioperative nursingfor patients with mental disordersbasedon the best evidence.The planis comprehensive，completeandeasytounderstandIthasstrongscientificnatureandliicalaplcabit.Threcommendatioslear and explicit. It can provide reference and guidance for professionals in medical institutions.
