AbstractObjective：Toexploretheinfluencingfactorsofmedicationcomplianceinkidneytransplantpatients.Methods：PubMed， Webof Science，EMbase，CochraneLibrary，CNKI，WanFangData，CBMandVIPweresearched.Thesearch periodwasfromthe establishmentofthedatabasetoNovember2O24.Tworesearchersindependentlyscreenedtheliterature，extractedthedata，and evaluatedtheiskquaityofliteraturebias.Meta-analysiswasperformedusingRevan5.4software.Results：Atotalof12articleswere included，withaigoverallqualityantotalsamplesizeof98cases.TheMetaanalysisresultsshowedtatteposttrasplatatio time（O） R=0.96，95%CI0.94-0.97，P<0.001） ，marital status （OR=2.41，95%CI1.53-3.79， P<0.001 ），level of education （OR=1.09， （204 95% CI 1.02-1.16， P=0.01] ，family income（OR=0.27， 95% CI 0.13-0.59，P=0.000 8） and medication belief（OR=1.25， 95% CI 1.10- 1.41，P=0.000 5 ）werethe influencing factorsof medication complianceofkidney transplant recipients.Conclusion：Existing evidence showsthatthepost-transplantationtime，maritalstatus，ducationlevel，familyincomeandbeliefintakingmdicinearetefactors influencingthecomplianceofidneytransplantrecipients.HowevermostofthestudiesincudedinthisMeta-analysisereross sectional studieswhichhavecertainlimitations.Theaboveconclusionscouldbeverifiedbymoreprospectivecohortstudieswithlarge samples.
