AbstractObjective：Tosystematicallyevaluatethequalitativestudyofstakeholders′attitudestowardstheuseofphysicalrestraintsinelderlydementiapatients.Methods：QualitativestudiesonstakeholderattitudestowardstheuseofphysicalrestraintinelderlypeoplewithdementiawereretrievedfromPubMed，EMbase，theCochraneLibrary，CINAHL，WebofScience，CNKI，WanFangDatabase，VIP，andCBM.Thenliteraturescreening，dataextraction，qualityevaluationandMetaintegrationwerecarriedout.Results：Atotalof10articleswereincluded，and73mainresearchfindingswereextracted，classifiedinto12categories，andsynthesizedinto4integratedresults：1）stakeholderawarenessofphysicalconstraints;2）thecurrentstatusofphysicalconstraintpracticesperceivedbystakeholders;3）stakeholders′attitudesandemotionalexperiencestowardstheuseofphysicalrestraints;4）stakeholdersuggestionsforreducingphysicalconstraints.Conclusion：Attentionshouldbepaidtothecurrentsituationandimplementationofphysicalrestraintforelderlypeoplewithdementiaathome，incommunityandinnursinginstitutions，andtheresistance，supportandprogressiveprogressinthepracticeofphysicalrestraintminimizationshouldbecarefullyconsidered.Personnelallocationshouldbeimprovedfromtheorganizationallevel，trainingandeducationofcaregiversshouldbeincreased，andtheuseofphysicalrestraintshouldbereduced.
