加强“馆校合作” 共建“书香校园”

——“十四五”期间深耕、拓展和高质量提升全民阅读的新路径

摘 要 论文通过解析第十八次“全国国民阅读调查”报告中有关“未成年人”等有关数据，以及本世纪以来高校在读大学生阅读率进行性降低的现实，呼吁公共图书馆与当地大专院校加强“馆校合作”，共建从基础教育到高等教育的各级“书香校园”，从而深耕、拓展和高质量地提升“全民阅读”，建设“书香中国”。

Strengthen “Library School Cooperation” and Jointly Build a “Scholarly Campus”： New Way to Cultivate， Expand and Improve National  Reading During the 14th Five Year Plan Period

Abstract By analyzing the relevant data about “minors” in the report of the 18th “National Reading Survey” and the reality that the reading rate of college students has decreased continuously since this century， this paper calls on public libraries and local colleges and universities to strengthen “library school cooperation” and jointly build a “scholarly campus” at all levels from basic education to higher education， so as to cultivate， expand and improve the “national reading” with high quality， and build “scholarly China”.
