慢性心力衰竭患者睡眠呼吸障碍危险因素及护理干预研究进展

【摘要】  综述慢性心力衰竭患者发生睡眠呼吸障碍潜在机制，并从社会人口学、行为生活方式、疾病等方面阐述可能潜在危险因素及护理干预措施，为临床医护人员早期识别心力衰竭患者睡眠呼吸障碍的风险，制定有效干预措施提供参考，以期控制心力衰竭疾病的发展进程，改善心力衰竭患者的健康结局。

【Abstract】  This paper reviews the potential mechanisms of sleep-disordered breathing in patients with chronic heart failure， and expounds the possible risk factors and potential nursing interventions from sociodemographic factors， behavioral lifestyle， disease factors， etc.， so as to provide a reference for clinical medical staff to identify the risk of sleep-disordered breathing in patients with heart failure in an early stage and formulate effective interventions， in order to control the progression of heart failure and improve the health outcomes of patients with heart failure.
