1例罕见派拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠致贫血的观察与护理

【摘要】  总结了1例哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠导致患者贫血的护理体会。根据患者的症状积极采取相应的治疗和护理措施，要点包括：加强基础护理心理护理；重视生命体征的观察；做好胃肠镜的术前准备；静脉输血的观察与护理；患者的病情得到有效的控制，恢复良好。

【Abstract】  This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with anemia caused by piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium. Actively adopt corresponding treatment and nursing measures based on the patient's symptoms， including strengthening basic nursing psychological care， paying attention to the observation of vital signs， preparing for gastrointestinal endoscopy before surgery， observing and caring for intravenous blood transfusion， effectively controlling the patient's condition， and achieving good recovery.
