摘  要：现如今，不计其数的视频软件扑面而来，弹幕作为UP主与视频用户实时互动的方式，它不仅提升了社交性和趣味性，更体现了信息的双向传递。正是因为这种“自媒体”式的双向信息传播，“弹幕舆论”倒逼社会治理提质。智监弹幕宝APP旨在利用大数据对视频软件行业的弹幕进行监测、处理及推送。

Abstract： Nowadays， innumerable video software is coming. As a way of real-time interaction between UP master and video users， bullet screen not only improves sociality and interest， but also reflects the two-way transmission of information. It is precisely because of this “We Media” two-way information dissemination that “bullet screen public opinion” forces social governance to improve its quality. intelligent monitoring bullet screen APP aims to use big data to monitor， process and push the bullet screen in the video software industry.
