区块链技术下山东省冷链物流保障体系构建研究

摘 要：文章结合山东省冷链物流保障体系的建设规划现状，从区块链技术角度，分析其与应急物流的契合程度，并构建山东省冷链物流保障体系，完善冷链物流管理体制；结合山东省冷链物流特点，文章提出完善特色品类冷链物流体系策略，并利用区块链技术进行供应链管理系统构建。

Abstract： This paper combines the current situation of the construction planning of the cold chain logistics guarantee system in Shandong Province， analyzes its compatibility with emergency logistics from the perspective of blockchain technology， builds the cold chain logistics guarantee system in Shandong Province， improves the cold chain logistics management system， combines the characteristics of Shandong cold chain logistics， puts forward the strategy of improving the cold chain logistics system of featured categories， and uses the blockchain technology to build the supply chain management system.

2022年山东省人民政府发布《山东省“十四五”冷链物流发展规划》，对山东省冷链物流从发展布局、发展重点、主要任务等方面做了明确规划，对蔬菜、水果、水产品、肉类、乳品、速冻食品及医药产品等冷链物流提出具体发展策略。（剩余4280字）
