2025年伊始，DeepSeek的突破性进展[为生成式人工智能（Generative Artificial Inteligence，简称GAI）的发展定下了基调：扩展定律（ScalingLaw）依然有效，但是换了一种方式，模型训练的重点从预训练阶段转向后训练阶段，推动力由单纯的算力投入转变为模型微调、数据蒸馏和系统对齐的协同进化；技术普及化趋势正在挑战少数大型科技公司的主导地位，尽管大型科技企业仍在探索技术极限，但随着算力壁垒的降低和开源模型的兴起，中小型企业得以在云端、边缘计算及具身智能领域蓬勃发展，生态系统迅速扩展，形成“中心化基础设施 + 分布式应用生态”的新格局，核心竞争力正从算力垄断逐渐转向算法创新和数据质量；企业间的竞争进一步升级为地缘政治的博弈，主要体现在美中之间的多维度对抗，包括技术、资本和人才等方面。（剩余17888字）
