Abstract：Market research from 2O23 reveals thatthe annual average malfunction rate for medium and high horsepower tractors stands at approximately 145% . To expedite the identification of malfunctions in tractors post - occurrence，an analysis and agregationof threereal-world repair cases wereconducted.This investigation demonstrates the utilityof a setof diagnostic principlesfortractor malfunctions intheanalysis process.These principles encompass integrating structure withunderlyingprinciples；elucidating symptoms fordetailedanalysis；progresing fromstraightforward tocomplex cases，and from externalappearances to internal mechanisms；andsegmenting bysystem forlogical deductionandselection.Employing these diagnosticprinciples for malfunction analysiscanswiftly pinpointthecauses offailure，thereby enhancing work efficiency，making it suitable for widespread application.
