Abstract：Thisstudyivestigates thestrategicdesignand implementation trajectoryofahigh-skilltalentcultivatiosystemforcontemporaryagricultural machinerymaintenanceandrepair.Confrontedwiththeswifttechnologicaladvancements engenderedbytherapiddevelopmentof agricultural mechanizationandanatendantdearthof professional maintenance personnel，acomprehensive talent nurturing modeland pedagogical reform strategyareproposed.Bydissecting successul exemplars both domesticallyand internationall，such as Germany’sdual educationsystemand Jiangsu Province’s“Modern Agricultural Equipment Technology Talent Training Project”in China，thisresearch underscores the significanceofcollborationbetweengovernmentalentities，academicinstitutions，andcorporateentities，aswellasinnovations incuriculumcontent，pedagogical methodologies，nd school-enterprisepartnerships.The executionof these strategiesserves tomitigatethedisparitybetween technologicalprogressionandtalentdeficiencies，furishinghuman capital for agricultural mechanization and propeling the evolution of agricultural modernization.
