针刺治疗子宫脱垂疗效的荟萃分析

摘 要 目的：系统评价针刺疗法治疗子宫脱垂患者的临床疗效。方法：通过计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学数据库、PubMed等中英文数据库，搜集关于针刺治疗子宫脱垂患者的临床随机对照试验（RCT）研究。采用RevMan5.3软件进行荟萃分析。结果：共纳入12篇1 163例。针刺疗法（包括普通针刺、电针、温针灸、针灸结合等）治疗子宫脱垂的临床有效率较对照组高[OR=4.81，95%CI（3.19，7.24），Z=7.51，P

Meta-analysis of the effect of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse

ABSTRACT Objective： To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse. Methods： By searching databases such as China CNKI， Wan Fang， VIP and China， CBM， PubMed by the computer， the clinical randomized controlled trial（RCT） research on acupuncture treatment of patients with uterine prolapse was collected. Meta-analysis was carried out by RevMan 5.3 software. Results： A total of 12 articles were included， with a total of 1 163 subjects. The clinical effective rate of acupuncture therapy （including common acupuncture， electro-acupuncture， warm acupuncture and combination of acupuncture and moxibustion） was higher than that of the control group[OR=4.81， 95% CI（3.19， 7.24）， Z=7.51， P

子宫脱垂是盆腔器官脱垂的主要表现之一，属于盆底功能障碍性疾病[1]，主要表现为子宫从正常位置沿阴道下降，宫颈外口达坐骨棘水平以下，甚至子宫全部脱出于阴道口以外，常伴有腰酸、腹部下坠、劳动和行走后症状加剧，甚至会有尿频或排尿困难、尿潴留、尿失禁及白带增多等症状[2]。（剩余7140字）
